*    A deposit of 50% of the total amount of period booked is required to 
      make a booking.

*    Balance is to be paid upon check-in

*    Shells Apartments accept all major credit cards, except American Express.
      Shells Apartments do not accept cheques

*    A valid credit card must be produced at time of check-in.  Shells Apartments
      reserves the right to refuse a booking, should the client not be able to 
      provide adequate forms of identification and/or a bond if requested

*    Apartments are not held without a deposit being received

*    Shells Apartments reserves the right to alter the rates and conditions at
      any time without prior notice

CANCELLATION POLICY

It is the policy of Shells Apartments that you forfeit your deposit for cancellations
made within 30 days of the booked accommodation date.  If you cancel with more
than 30 days notice, you are refunded your deposit less a 15% booking fee.  
Any un-used portion of your stay will not be refunded, but will be re-issued as a 
gift voucher at the descretion of the management of Shells Apartments.
